From single camera to multi-camera inspection. We work with Datalogic, Keyence and Cognex on the vision side and Rockwell, Siemens and Omron on the control side. Our vision solutions support a full audit trail and LDAPS. We deliver across the EU through our Danish company and across Asia through our Thai company.

100% in-line inspection of parts and assemblies: defects, presence, dimensions and shape. From a single camera to multi-camera stations with controlled lighting.
Reading and verification of lot/batch numbers and expiry dates (OCR/OCV), reading and grading of DataMatrix and barcodes, and verification of label position and content.
The camera locates the part and guides the robot for picking, placing and assembly. We also handle the camera-to-robot calibration.
Control systems in Rockwell and Siemens: new code, rebuilds of existing equipment and integration with MES and higher-level systems.

Our Process

Part testing

We test your parts with camera, optics and lighting in our workshops before you commit to anything. The result is an honest answer on whether the task can be solved reliably.
Requirement specification

Requirements, tolerances and acceptance criteria in writing (URS), so the delivery can be measured against something concrete and testing does not end in debate.
Design and programming

Selection of camera, optics and lighting. Programming of vision and PLC. Built for daily production and changing variants — not for a demo.
FAT and SAT testing

Testing against the agreed criteria — first at the supplier, then on your line. With documentation that can be presented at audit.
Operation and support

Commissioning, operator training and support by agreement. And change management when the line changes later.
